Risk Gate verifies the country or corridor Risk Object and returns bounded external risk context and a recommendation. The customer's own identity, permissions and policy layer then applies its rules; the customer controls execution.

- 02Geomacro verifies the current country or corridor Risk Object, evidence, confidence, freshness and issuer integrity.
- 03Risk Gate returns bounded decision context such as CONTINUE, REDUCE_LIMIT, REQUIRE_APPROVAL or PAUSE.
- 04The customer's own identity, permissions and policy layer applies its rules after the Risk Gate response.
- 05Any execution after that remains under the customer's control.
