39. Commercial and Global Coverage Gates
A technically working endpoint is not enough for a production institutional launch.
Before Geomacro expands a risk surface from Private Pilot to broader commercial availability, evidence should satisfy the relevant gates.
Data and methodology
- sufficient country/corridor coverage for the promised use case
- commercially eligible source path
- reproducible methodology and attribution where claimed
- explicit missing/stale/degraded-state handling
- validation on representative regional and stress cohorts
Security and resilience
- externally reachable surface security review
- real staging HTTP/DB load evidence
- controlled issuer-key management and rotation
- incident/recovery procedures
- critical/high findings remediated and re-tested
Product and operations
- stable versioned request/response contracts
- authentication, rate limiting and abuse controls
- monitoring and health visibility
- documented errors, retries and timeouts
- rollback/compatibility plan
Commercial validation
- real design-partner workflow
- permitted-use and source-rights boundaries
- pricing and support expectations
- service commitments only where operational evidence supports them
Passing a gate must be based on deployed evidence, not documentation or roadmap intent alone.
