Risk scores, interpretations and machine-readable decisions are not guarantees of future outcomes and should be evaluated within the user's own policy, permissions, compliance and decision process.

Risk Gate does not custody funds or make the customer's final transaction decision. execution_authorized=false remains the Geomacro boundary in the current Private Pilot architecture.

Where evidence is missing, stale, contradictory, commercially ineligible or unverifiable, Geomacro is designed to expose that limitation rather than manufacture certainty.
